My work is about helping you reconnect with your innate wisdom. Through a holistic approach that weaves movement, bodywork, energy practices, meditation, and belief work, I create safe spaces to release tension, quiet the mind, and rediscover a balance that feels steady and real. Through gentle yet powerful practices, I walk beside you as you soften, breathe deeper, and feel more at home within yourself.
I believe in supporting you to listen to your body’s wisdom, shift old patterns, and create lasting change. My role is to hold space and guide you toward peace within, so you can carry it into every part of your life.
MIND
Your mind can be both your greatest ally and your heaviest weight. My intention is to support you in creating more clarity, peace, and freedom from old thought patterns.
Belief Work → Together, we explore the subconscious stories and limitations that may be holding you back. I guide you through practices that help you shift these patterns and step into new, empowering ways of thinking and being.
Meditation & Awareness Practices → I share simple, practical tools to quiet the noise, ease stress, and help you feel more grounded in the present moment, so your mind can support, not sabotage, your wellbeing.
Intuitive Healing → Combining guided awareness, energy practices, and compassionate conversation, I support you in uncovering the deeper layers beneath stress or struggle. This process helps you gain clarity, release what no longer serves, and strengthen the connection between your mind and inner wisdom.
BODY
Your body is always speaking, sometimes through tension, sometimes through fatigue, and sometimes through a quiet longing to feel more at ease. My body-based offerings are here to support you in listening, releasing, and reconnecting.
Spinal Energetics™ → In these sessions, I use gentle touch and energy work to help your nervous system unwind old patterns and return to balance. I support you in softening into deeper awareness so your body can remember its own wisdom.
KunYin® (for women) → These classes invite you to move slowly, stretch, dance, and explore your emotions through the body. Whether you come to feel good in the moment or commit to ongoing practice, I guide you to reconnect with yourself and discover how movement can shift your energy and wellbeing.
Blissful Balance → A nurturing blend of light-touch aromatherapy massage, tuning forks, and frequency therapy. Designed to calm your mind, relax your body, and bring your energy into harmony, I hold space for you to fully exhale and receive.
SOUL
Your soul is the essence of who you are and when it feels nourished, life feels more whole, meaningful, and alive. For me, soul work is not only about your inner world but also about the connections we create with one another.
Events, Programs & Retreats → Soul flourishes in community. Through immersive programs, transformational retreats, and gatherings, I create spaces where people can come together to move, reflect, share, and be supported.
